At the end of December 2020, the local lawyer Christian Janda acquired Kremsegg Castle and wanted to realize ambitious plans: his concept envisaged leaving the castle complex with offices, a hotel, restaurants, events and a modern vehicle museum open to the public. A housing project, partly outside of the historic castle park, should have provided the necessary financial resources.
