Men’s national team player Kristoffer Olsson is being treated in hospital in Denmark. The Swedish national team management follows the course of events closely and expresses its support for Kristoffer Olsson and his relatives.

The men’s national team’s midfielder Kristoffer Olsson is being treated on a respirator in a hospital in Denmark due to an acute medical condition related to the brain.
His club FC Midtjylland informed about the serious condition on Tuesday morning and the management of the men’s national team is following the course of events closely.

The difficult situation that Kristoffer Olsson and his family have found themselves in affects us all, and SvFF sends its thoughts to Kristoffer and his family via football manager Kim Källström and national team manager Stefan Pettersson.

– It is heavy news that has reached us and we hope that everything will end well. We are thinking of Kristoffer and his family and are following developments.
