And that was pardoned by an Amiri, following he was acquitted of all charges once morest him.
It is worth noting that Kakoli was arrested for drug possession in 2021.
Then, he was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment with hard labor following being convicted of involvement in a case of drug abuse and possession of prohibited substances.
However, the Court of Appeal issued a new mitigating ruling and amended the prison sentence from 5 years to 3 years and 4 months with hard labor and enforcement.
And he paid a fine of two thousand Kuwaiti dinars, for possession of drugs and psychotropic substances.
