Kannur: Senior Congress leader KV Thomas will participate in the CPM party congress seminar to be held in Kannur today. KV Thomas will share the stage with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin. At the same time, KV, who was attending the seminar, rejected the AICC proposal. There are indications that the Congress will take action once morest Thomas soon.
The CPM gave a big reception to KV Thomas who arrived at Kannur airport yesterday. Kannur District Secretary M.V. Jayarajan and party workers rushed to the airport to receive him. KV Thomas was received wearing a red shawl. When asked by the media regarding the red shawl, KV Thomas replied that it is not a shawl even if it is colored.
KV Thomas has stated that he will say everything he has to say at the seminar which is part of the CPM party convention. Thomas is attending the seminar despite the ban from the High Command and the state leadership.
