Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray will be down one offensive weapon in Week 11 against the CJ Stroud‘s Houston Texans on Sunday after wide receiver Michael Wilson was listed as questionable due to a shoulder injury and is not expected to play, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Murray, 26, is coming off a 25-23 home victory over the Atlanta Falcons in his season debut after returning from an ACL injury that kept him out of action since December 2022.

“Cardinals’ WR Michael Wilson, listed as questionable for Sunday due to a shoulder injury, suffered a setback during the week and is not expected to play vs. the Texans, per source,” Schefter tweeted.

Wilson, 23, tallied 34 receiving yards on three catches against Atlanta, but Murray did a great job of spreading the ball around amongst his offensive weapons.

Kyler Murray still has plenty of offensive weapons

Cardinals tight end Trey McBride led the team in receiving yards against the Falcons with 131 on eight catches.

Receivers Marquise “Hollywood” Brown and Rondale Moorealong with TE Geoff Swaimare three other offensive weapons available for Murray.

Perhaps the best option for the Cardinals, however, is running back James Connerwho will also be playing his second game since returning from injured reserve.
