London: Prime Minister Rishi Sunakint’s Conservative Party lost in the by-elections for two seats in Britain. The opposition Labor Party won the Mid Bedfordshire and Tamworth seats.

It is the first time Labor has won Bedfordshire. Labor leader Keir Starmer said the victory in Conservative strongholds was proof that people wanted change.

The victory in the by-election will give Labor more confidence ahead of next year’s general election. Conservative Party Chairman Greg Hands said the election results were disappointing. He also said that the reason for the defeat was that the party voters did not vote.
