On the occasion of the celebration of the bicentenary of the group this Thursday in Ergué-Gabéric, near Quimper, Vincent Bolloré will symbolically hand over to the seventh generation of the family. If he officially lets go of the controls, he remains in the control tower as CEO of Compagnie de l’Odet – the controlling holding company of the Bolloré group, the keys of which he entrusted to his son Cyrille in 2019. The latter has the hands free to carry out the exclusive negotiations with the shipowner MSC for the sale of the African ports of Bolloré and to continue the development of the transport and logistics branch of the group.
