This generous woman is Sarah Blakely, the head of Spanx, a famous underwear manufacturing company in America. They are now called ‘the best boss in the world’. The boss has given the employees a fleet ticket that can travel anywhere in the world. Such a huge amount was given as bonus after the company became profitable.
‘You know, to go on a good trip, you have to go to a good hotel. Have a good dinner. That’s why two first class tickets and 10,000 dollars are being given’, Sara said in a video shared on social media.
Sarah said she wants each employee to celebrate in their own way and have moments they can remember for the rest of their lives. In this moment, she said, she remembers my mother and grandmother and all the women who came before them, and is proud that women today have options that they didn’t have.
