In Germany, Tobias Anselm is supposed to get back into shape after recovering from a cruciate ligament injury: The 23-year-old offensive player is moving to third division club Viktoria Köln on loan. Anselm should now gain valuable match practice in the twelfth place in the table.
Anselm moved to LASK in the summer of 2020, but was immediately loaned to WSG Tirol. With eight goals and six assists he was able to prove his Bundesliga quality there. It wasn’t enough to make a competitive appearance for LASK as he suffered a torn cruciate ligament in September 2021 and June 2022.
“Tobias is a young player who has high potential. We are very pleased that we have found a club for him where he can gain match practice and wish him all the best for his time in Germany,” says Managing Director Sport Radovan Vujanovic quoted.
