The activists of the group «last generation» are planning their biggest wave of protests in Austria to date. From Tuesday, morning traffic in Vienna is to be paralyzed every day for three weeks, as reported by Heute.at.

“Maybe a fourth week is possible,” said spokesman Florian Wagner, known for a color attack on a Klimt picture in the Leopold Museum. “It depends on how many people take part,” he continues. Currently, 60 activists would participate – twice as many as in February.

Members of the “Last Generation” blocked the border bridge between Lustenau, Austria, and the Swiss municipality of Au SG for around two hours on Wednesday morning.
