The account also confirmed that downtime starts at 4:00 a.m. ET (i.e. 9:00 a.m. BST), while matchmaking is disabled 30 minutes prior.

We don’t expect many major updates this time around. The game’s current season is set to end next weekend, so this one should mostly focus on wrapping things up and preparing for any end-of-season events next week.

How long is it down?

We don’t yet know how long the game will be out, but we expect it to be a few hours. This would mean that the v21.51 update could be live from around 11am BST.

As usual, Fortnite Status will notify the community of its end.

Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this error. As this is a regular maintenance error, Epic Games can only fix this issue to make the servers stable again.

Come back as soon as information is available to be able to play again!
