The US electric car manufacturer is facing a lawsuit from a California supervisory authority for allegations of racial discrimination and harassment in the workplace. The group, founded by technology pioneer Elon Musk, announced on Wednesday that the Authority for Fairness in the Workplace and Housing Market (DFEH) wants to file a civil lawsuit. The move follows three years of investigations into incidents at the Tesla plant in the Californian city of Fremont between 2015 and 2019.
