Bloom Holding announced the launch of the “Granada” apartment project within low-rise buildings in Bloom Living, an integrated residential complex in Abu Dhabi.
The first phase of Granada includes a group of spacious residential units distributed over 8 buildings consisting of four floors, where the units vary between studios and apartments.
Work on the fourth phase of the Bloom Living project is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Carlos Wakim, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: “The launch of the Granada phase represents an exceptional achievement for Bloom Holding as part of its commitment to implementing projects that contribute to meeting the aspirations of various members of society.”
Bloom Living has been classified as an investment area, allowing investors of different nationalities to purchase various residential units in the project.
