Lavoro Mio enters Job Italia: new strategic partnership between employment agencies

A new operation of strategic partnership and concentration arrives in the world of employment agencies, following that of the Magister group with W-group. Lavoro Mio joins Job Italia which has acquired the majority share, thus creating a new reality, with a turnover of around 120 million euros, deeply rooted in areas with high potential for temporary work and more generally for employment services.

Lavoro Mio is a historic temporary agency, among the first in the Brescia temporary agency sector, which was founded by the Bontempi family, has a turnover of approximately 40 million euros and manages approximately 1,300 temporary workers per month. Job Italia, on the other hand, is an employment agency present in Italy since 2007, with entirely Italian capital and with a turnover exceeding 80 million euros. It manages approximately 2,500 doses administered per month. In 2023, the managers of the two companies began to discuss to identify new sectors of expansion and the possibility of collaborations. With the strategic partnership Lavoro Mio, as explained by sources close to the operation, «it will continue to provide administration, research and selection services, maintaining its specific mode of action and offer on the territory in synergy with the new partner Job Italia, aiming to improve the quality and the ability to remain alongside companies and workers thanks to a new action strategy combined with the new partner”. For Job Italia, which has its headquarters in Umbria, in Città di Castello, in the province of Perugia and its registered office in Legnago, in the province of Verona, the operation will allow it to further strengthen its presence at a national level.

The buyer Job Italia was assisted by Unistudio Legal & Tax for the legal aspects, Unilabor for the labor law aspects, by Studio Massimo Zatti and by the Active Audit studio for the accounting and tax aspects. The sellers, Lavoro Mio, were instead assisted by Studio Margotti for the corporate and tax aspects and by the lawyers Michele Bontempi and Luca Perugini for the legal aspects.
