Vienna – On Friday, the National Council passed the first law written at the federal level in a purely female form. The Flexible Corporation Act creates a new legal form intended primarily for start-ups, which represents a kind of hybrid model between a limited liability company (GmbH) and a stock corporation (AG). Not only the content of the law caused debate in the plenary session, but also the form in which it was presented by the Ministry of Justice.
