Fernando Velazquez
Lion. – This Saturday the lawyer and activist passed away Visente Hernández Barrios, who was president of the Confederation of Bar Associations and Associations of Mexico (Concaam).
He was also president of the León Bar Association in the period between 1997 and 1999.
He was part of the National Citizen Congress headed by Gilberto Lozano and was one of the harshest critics of the administration of Bárbara Botello Santibáñez.
In 2016 he tried to be part of the Citizen Council of Social Comptroller in the first triennium of Héctor López Santillana, but in the end he was not elected.
