The activities of Layertec and Design Solutions in the Benelux will continue under the name Visiativ from 1 February. Both companies have been part of the French company since the end of 2018. Due to the rebranding, the Benelux companies must better match the brand image of the parent company.
Layertec is a supplier of 3D printers from Desktop Metal, Formlabs and Ultimaker in the Benelux. Design Solutions is one of the largest Solidworks resellers in the Benelux. Although they partly had their own market, there was overlap. The French listed company Visiativ Group is now bundling its activities.
the Netherlands and Belgium
Design Solutions continues as Visiativ Netherlands. The branch in Aalst is now called Visiativ Belgium. By consolidating the activities of Visiativ Industry Solutions, supplier of Catia and Delmia, into the two country organization, all Solidworks products have been consolidated into one company. For Solidworks users, this means they can choose the full range, including Catia, Delmia, and Enovia. In addition, the group’s global expertise is available. By strengthening the integration with the French parent company, the added value through scale will come into its own better. In addition, Visiativ Innovation Platform solutions will be marketed in the Benelux, including affordable, powerful Data Management, Customer Portal and Spare Parts solutions for SMEs
Layertec new webshop
Layertec’s 3D printing activities will continue under the name Visiativ 3D Printing. The combination with the design activities make the company a partner for the manufacturing industry in the Benelux that is involved in innovation and digitization. Under the motto Sharing is growing, Visiativ Benelux wants to focus even more on partnerships with customers. The company also has strong growth ambitions.
