Maciocia’s confidence is high
“It was a two month process, it was not easy. I started doing research while I was on the sidelines. We had internal candidates, but following the season, we wanted to add other external candidates,” explained Maciocia.
He confirmed having spoken with several assistants throughout the circuit and with several players who played under the orders of the various candidates to make the best possible decision.
