The weapon banner for the second phase/part of version 3.8 of Genshin Impact has been revealed in a new leak. With each Genshin update, we have two cycles of banners with characters and weapons released for a limited period. In the current character banner we have Eula, a Cryo character who uses a sword, and Klee, who controls the Pyro element and is a user of catalyst weapons.

With each Genshin Impact update, HoYoverse is releasing two five-star characters. Usually, the studio advertises both signature weapons and five-star characters in the same stage/part of a game build. This time, according to a new leak posted on Genshin Impact Leaks subredditphase 2 of Genshin Impact 3.8 will have the following weapons:
Reminiscences of Tulaytullah – 5 star catalyst
Fumetsu Gekka – 5 star catalyst
Arco de Guerra de Favonius – 4 star bow
Or else – Sword 4 stars
Dragon’s Bane – Spear 4 stars
Wine and Music – 4 star catalyst
Lion’s Roar – 4 star sword

The Wanderer is a DPS character that has one of the most specific playstyles in the game. Even though catalyst weapons are considered “S-tier”, many players didn’t like the four-star weapons chosen for the banner, as they are generic weapons that were released in Genshin Impact a long time ago.
