After getting to know the Apple Vision Pro and the new Macs, it’s time to turn our attention to the next iPhones — known as “iPhones 15”even if that’s not the official name yet, of course.
Predicted to be launched at a special event during the month of September, many likely functions and features of the new line have already been leaked by analysts and leakersas we covered in MacMagazine us last months
Now, the first covers of the “iPhone 15 Pro” and “iPhone 15 Pro Max” models seem to have leaked and bring us some very interesting indications about them.
The first one, for the smaller model, was released through the Chinese social network Weiboby user UnclePan. What draws attention is that it has volume and on/off buttons positioned a little lower (compared to the buttons on the 14 Pro) on the left side.
We can also see that the cutout for the silent switch is smaller and covered by a kind of protection – it is worth remembering that one of the rumors indicates that it will be replaced by a capacitive button, functioning as a kind of Action button on the Apple Watch Ultra.
Also noteworthy is the larger protrusion at the output of the charging cable – which should be switched to USB-C or Thunderbolt this year.
“iPhone 15 Pro Max”
O leaker known as Majin Bu also brought what appears to be the cover of a new iPhone – this time, for the upcoming “iPhone 15 Pro Max”.
In it, we can observe some interesting things. The first is the (much) larger opening for the charger input, as well as the cutouts on the side and volume buttons (something that was rumored to happen is that they would be solid state, with haptic feedback). In recent months, though, that seems to have fallen by the wayside; Will we be surprised in this regard?
The design of the camera set, despite not meaning much, may indicate one of the novelties this year — a periscope lens as an exclusive feature of the “Pro Max” model.
Things are heating up, and there are just a few months to go before we get to know these new devices! ????
