In detail, this came following the issuance of two previous circulars during the previous years stressing government agencies not to accept paper sick leaves and to adopt the “SEHA” platform to accept sick leaves in implementation of what was included in paragraph (b) of item (first) of the noble Royal Decree No. 59574 dated 10/20 1440 AH by adopting the “SEHA” platform to grant sick leaves to state employees by linking electronically with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and granting sick leaves through the platform.
