This was announced by journalist Orlenys Ortiz, who stated that the Minister for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, disclosed the information during the meeting of the National Defense Council and the Council of State.

He explained that the main affected institutions include: the Presidential Office of the Republic; the National Electoral Center (CNE); Petróleos de Venezuela Sociedad Anónima (PDVSA); and the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ).

To this list he added the Ministries of Science and Technology; Internal Affairs; Foreign Affairs; Public Affairs; Tourism; Labor; Planning; Defense; Health; Penitentiary Service; Food, among other institutions.
