Klagenfurt – Maximilian Lechner was the last Austrian to be eliminated in the semi-finals of the 8-ball competition at the World Billiards World Championship in Klagenfurt’s sports park. The Tyrolean had to admit defeat to Sanjin Pehlivanovic 8:10 in the fight for a place in the final on Saturday evening, but was therefore assured of the bronze medal.
