Istanbul – Turkey is heading towards a constitutional crisis. The country’s highest criminal appeal court, Yargıtay, not only does not want to recognize a ruling by the Constitutional Court, but instead on Wednesday evening ordered the Attorney General to investigate the members of the Constitutional Court for unlawfully exceeding their powers.
