This bill ratifying the ordinance n° 2023-285 of April 19, 2023 extending and adapting to French Polynesia, New Caledonia and the Wallis and Futuna Islands of various legislative provisions relating to health, deliberated in the Council of Ministers following advice from the Council of State, will be presented in the Senate by the Minister of the Interior and Overseas Territories and the Minister of Health and Prevention, who will be responsible for explaining the reasons and supporting the discussion.
