2023 looks like a year of celebration for Disney. Mickey’s house fulfills his 100th anniversary and for the occasion is preparing a big party with the help of LEGO.
Disney100: fantasy, magic and great emotions
Disney100 is an extraordinary parade of movie stars, a celebration of storytelling, of unforgettable characters who have entertained and inspired people of all ages for a century.
To commemorate 100 years of Disney, LEGO invites families to share the wonder of storytelling, imagination and creative play.
The new collection Disney100 unites the Disney and Pixar icons under the sign of LEGO’s passion for creativity and play.
A series of Minifigs never seen before
The popular and iconic Disney animated characters become buildings to collect, to proudly display or to be used to engage in exciting imaginative play.
Among the novelties stand out the 18 Minifigures of timeless characterssome of which have never appeared before.
From Oswald, Mickey’s predecessor, to Robin Hood and Pinocchio, through Cruella De Vil and other more recent icons such as Lilo & Stitch and Baymax from Big Hero 6.
The perfect gift for LEGO fans to inspire the imagination of children and adults alike. All 18 LEGO Disney Minifigures come in a sealed mystery bag and come with at least one accessory and collector’s booklet.
The new magical Disney LEGO constructions
Another interesting construction, perfect for collecting, is the casa in Up. The apartment raised by balloons, now in the form of bricks, is enriched with miniature versions of Carl, Russell and the dog Dug.
Among other products, Mickey Mouse, Oswald, Snow White and Tinker Bell will also be launched in a statuette version BrickHeadz to give an original touch to our desks.
Finally, the DUPLO Disney Magic Castle, 3 in 1, channels the magic of the emblematic castle with Mickey, Minnie, Figaro, Donald and Daisy.
The BrickHeadz are available now, with the rest of the Disney100 series launching on April 1.
The Minifigure sleeves will be sold from May 2023, at retailers and on LEGO.com. Each character will be sold for €3.99.
La serie #SharetheWonder
A new three-part series will be launched at the event featuring scenes from Disney and Pixar films and will encourage fans to share their favorite Disney moments made with LEGO on social media using the hashtag #SharetheWonder.
Set Disney Celebration Train
The series will debut over the next month on LEGO.com, LEGO social media and Disney’s YouTube channel. Here’s a preview:
