One of the French from Barça feels the tide is turning… a bit like the others.
Very little used by coach Xavi at FC Barcelona, Clément Lenglet (26 years old, 13 appearances in La Liga this season) has long considered fighting for his place. The central defender has never complained about his situation.
But according to Mundo Deportivo, the Frenchman is starting to wonder about his future. The former Nancy notes in the press that Barça should recruit central defender Andreas Christensen and César Azpilicueta, the right side capable of playing in the axis and definitively blocking his way.
Reluctantly, and despite his contract until 2026, Lenglet could end up accepting the idea of leaving this summer.
