Lenovo announced, this Friday (24), the launch of two new tablets in the Brazilian market: Tab P12 and Tab M9. Focusing on versatility, the models seek to serve different user profiles, from students and professionals to people looking for entertainment without spending a lot.

Debuting shortly after the launch of the Galaxy Tab A9 and Galaxy Tab A9 Plus in Brazil, the new mid-range tablet from the Chinese manufacturer has a large 12.7-inch screen with LTPS LCD technology, a resolution of 1,840 x 2,944 pixels and a refresh rate. 60 Hz.

On the edge of the display, there is a 13 MP front camera with an RGB sensor. The tablet has a single camera on the back with autofocus and 8 MP resolution. On the edge, you can find a front camera of just 2 MP. There is also the possibility of taking photos with its rear camera with an 8 MP sensor. The tablet is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G80, produced with the old 12 nanometer lithography, which offers performance for basic tasks with its 8-core CPU and Mali-G52 GPU.

In the memory department, there is a single option of 4GB RAM with 64GB storage expandable with MicroSD card up to 128GB. The tablet is equipped with a 5,100 mAh battery with support for charging up to 15 W. The model includes dual speakers with Dolby Atmos, ensuring a good audio experience.

The Tab M9 runs Android 12, but according to Lenovo, the tablet is “Android 13 ready”, indicating that the operating system may be updated in the future.
