During IFA 2022 in Berlin, Lenovo unveiled the Lenovo Glasses T1, a pair of glasses that include screens that support working with computers and smartphones.
The glasses include Micro-OLED screens with Full HD display quality, or with a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels, and screens are available on each side. The glasses with optical lenses, Lenovo Glasses T1 also supports connectivity via USB C, to support working with a wide range of devices, including Windows devices, Android, Mac and iPhone phones, and the glasses are scheduled to be launched in the Chinese market later this year.
Lenovo also revealed its own version of the Lenovo Glasses T1 glasses, but this version does not support augmented reality, as the glasses work as a secondary screen for computers and smartphones, and it is the glasses that give the user a new viewing experience in Full HD through a large screen that appears in front of the user’s eye .
While the new Lenovo Glasses T1 smart glasses feature a design similar to traditional glasses, but they need to be connected to a computer or phone via the USB-C port, and they do not provide any experiences related to virtual reality technologies VR or augmented reality AR, in addition to being unsafe for use while walking.
