Deputy head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev commented on the upcoming meeting of the EU foreign ministers on the visa issue in relation to citizens of the Russian Federation with the French proverb “In war as in war.” He wrote regarding this in his Telegram channel on Tuesday, August 30.
