COLUMN / Bell Let’s Talk Day is fast approaching. For a second consecutive year, it will take place during the pandemic, in the middle of the fifth wave which is hitting us hard. Around me, I see people who are experiencing psychological difficulties: anxiety, depression, general distress. The rapid arrival of the Omicron variant has had an effect on people’s morale. I have the impression that we thought that the situation was improving when suddenly we found ourselves living a “collective deja vu, a day of the pandemic groundhog. Unfortunately, our mental health took a hit.
