Popular Scottish singer Lewis Capaldi will be back in Quebec in the spring of 2023. A show is scheduled for April 11, 2023 at Place Bell in Laval.
This comes as the artist unveils both a North American tour starting March 30 in Nashville, as well as a new album titled Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sentwhich is scheduled for release on May 19, 2023. This means that Lewis Capaldi will exclusively present new songs to his audience during this tour.
Lewis Capaldi once again worked with director and songwriter Phil Plested (James Bay, Bastille), and hitmakers like super producer Max Martin (Taylor Swift, The Weeknd).
A first extract from this second album was unveiled a month ago. The song Forget Me in particular caused a lot of talk because of its music video, in which we can see him in a belly and white underpants, like a Scottish Antoine Bertrand!
This new album will follow up Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extenta critically acclaimed record that was the most popular album in the UK in 2019 and 2020.
His last stint in the Montreal region dates back to October 2019, when he played at the Olympia.
