A regular at a libertine sauna in downtown Cannes suffered heat stroke when he was presented with the bill on August 31, 2023. He then sprayed tear gas and vandalized the interior of the premises, including computer equipment.

Released from prison on July 7 of this year, he has 26 entries in his criminal record. Very drunk at the time of the events, he nevertheless remembers “for having received blows to the shins” on the part of the municipal police officers who came to apprehend him, which the civil party denies by denouncing the fact that “attempts to put the police officers on trial”.
