Libyan Health: Death toll from Tripoli clashes rises to 13

The Libyan Ministry of Health announced that the death toll from the Tripoli clashes has risen to 13 victims and 95 injured, according to Al Sharq TV.

The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, expressed his deep concern regarding the situation in Tripoli, Libya, calling for dialogue, not the use of weapons.

Aboul Gheit said on Twitter: “I am very concerned regarding the situation in Tripoli, and I ask everyone to assume their responsibilities.”

“I invite everyone to dialogue, not to use weapons,” he added.

The Libyan capital witnessed armed clashes that led to civilian casualties, including dead and wounded, and to the destruction of public and private properties, and terrified the safe citizens.
