Lidl began selling official LEGO sets in its Portuguese stores on Monday, November 2, 2026, with prices spanning €9.99 to €23.99 — undercutting rival retailer Continente’s €29.99 listing for the identical 484-piece Classic box by roughly 20 percent, Magazine.HD reported.
Magazine.HD confirmed the sets went on sale alongside Lidl’s weekly toy leaflet, available while stocks last.
Three Prices to Know Before You Shop
- €23.99 buys the 484-piece Classic box, €6 less than Continente’s €29.99 tag for the same set.
- €17.99 covers Minecraft sets with 233 or 243 pieces and mid-size builds ranging from 107 to 268 pieces.
- €9.99 secures single figures including Spider-Man, the Mandalorian with Grogu, and a police van.
The 484-Piece Box Anchors a 20 Percent Undercut
The standout is the Classic creative brick box, which Magazine.HD lists at €23.99 in both the 484-piece Classic version and a 65-piece Duplo variant. The same 484-piece Classic set (reference 10696) appears at Continente for €29.99, currently marked unavailable, making Lidl’s price a straight €6 — or roughly 20 percent — cheaper. The box contains loose bricks in multiple colors designed for building without instructions, meant to combine with existing sets at home.
Minecraft and Licensed Heroes Drive the €17.99 Tier
Minecraft sets retail at €17.99 each, featuring articulated figures in 233- or 243-piece configurations for ages 7 and up. At the same price point, mid-size sets offer 107, 128, 216, 237, or 268 pieces depending on the model, aimed at children from age 4. The entry-level €9.99 tier includes LEGO figures pictured in the leaflet as Spider-Man, the Mandalorian with Grogu, and a police van, though Magazine.HD notes that model availability varies by store and Lidl does not publish official set references or stock levels.
How a £5.99 UK Campaign Preceded This Week’s Drop
An earlier Lidl campaign in the United Kingdom launched on March 15, 2026, offering sets at £5.99 each, about one-third below the £8.99 price for comparable models at LEGO’s official online store, according to sitiodoforno.pt.

Piece Counts and Age Gates Map the Full Range
Lidl sells the items as an assortment by model, so shoppers cannot always choose a specific reference, and the retailer does not indicate stock availability per location.
Storage Deals Sweeten the Toy Run
For builders organizing their collections, Magazine.HD notes Lidl also carries the Parkside metal shelving unit at €29.99, designed for LEGO storage, plus a Parkside storage box for large pieces at €9.99 — the same price as the entry-level figures.
