Paris SG has formalized the signing of its new coach Christophe Galtier, who replaces Argentinian Mauricio Pochettino, officially dismissed earlier today.
The Frenchman (55), who left his post in Nice, signed for 2 years, i.e. until 2024. He is the 7th coach of the Qatar Sports Investment era. He completes the organization chart of the champion of France after the extension of Kylian Mbappé and the ousting of the sporting director Leonardo, replaced by the Portuguese sporting adviser Luis Campos.
Reputed to be a leader of men, this native of Marseilles suffers from limited European experience (no victory in 6 Champions League games).
