Announced during Fear Fest 2023 Black Summer, Limerick: Cadence Mansion, a horror-puzzle game featuring a demonic puppet, has released a trailer for its release. Here, you will play as a person waking up unconscious in a cell of the Cadence Mansion and having to solve puzzles to get out. During your exploration, various creatures including the famous puppet named Limerickwill threaten you and fortunately, you will be able to respond with your weapons.
When watching the trailer, it is difficult to comment on the puzzle aspect of the game, since we are not presented with any of that. The few rare extracts of gunfight look totally limp. This seems a far cry from the description of the game sheet with “complex puzzles, satisfying combat”.
