Lindelof: I am always ready | Manchester United

With injuries affecting the start of his 2022/23 campaign, Victor had only appeared once before the international break in September, but Harry Maguire and Raphaël Varane’s outages gave him the chance to show Erik ten Hag what he can offer at the rear.

He showed composure and composure as United crossed the line at Goodison Park, keeping a cool head in possession but also adding the necessary steel when needed, notably during the nervous final five minutes.

Lindelof spent five years with the club, following his transfer from Benfica in 2017, and he says he will always answer his manager’s call.
