When being chased by the lion, the zebra decided to jump into the river to run away. However, that was still not enough to help it escape from the “lord of the grasslands”.
The lion almost died following being drowned in the river by a zebra.
However, trying to bite the zebra’s neck to finish off the prey soon put the lion in a disadvantageous situation. It was even drowned by opponents. Fortunately, the water level was too low to endanger the life of the big cat, but its prey easily escaped.
