Lionel Messi’s room in Qatar turned into a small museum

by Alexandra Hartman Editor-in-Chief

The Qatari University decided to convert the room in which the Argentine player Lionel Messi slept into a small museum, following the national team won the 2022 World Cup, following defeating France in the final.

In the video clip that was published on social media to announce the conversion of the room into a museum, the university reviewed some snapshots of the residence of the Argentine players, and titled their presence as “the residence of the champions.”

The video also included a shot of a wall hanging with the shirts of the Argentine national team players, and in the middle of the picture came Lionel Messi’s shirt, of course.

The Argentine team had stayed at the university during their title-winning run, and their stay lasted for 29 days, as the Scaloni team reached the final and was crowned the tournament in the end.
