Rusti-Cité – Traco shop
You can buy evolution items in Rusti-Cité from Trado. His small shop only sells a few items in exchange for PBA or Good Deed Points. Each item costs between 1,000 and 1,400 PBA.
To get PBAs, you must return items lost by other players in Arceus Legends that appear on your map. If you find their satchel, you’ll get between 50 and 100 PBAs to collect from the “Lost Items Forum” menu.
