This motion of censure was presented on February 24 with the signatures of members of Popular Force, Alliance for Progress, Advance Country, We are Peru, Popular Renewal and ungrouped legislators of the Purple Party.
The motion proposes to censor Silva Villegas for continuing to make “acts that contravene the principles of public management and that border on illegality, putting the entire sector at serious risk to the detriment of the well-being of the population”.
He also mentions that as a consequence of his “inexperience and lack of capacity”the only thing that the minister has been generating as acts of his management are “A myriad of mistakes and illegalities” that put the entire sector at risk and with it the detriment of public transport and communications services at the national level.
“That, on the other hand, as observed from the regulations that the Ministry of Transport and Communications has been issuing, it is noted that they are aimed at legalizing informal transport, which constitutes a setback in the transport reform at the national, interprovincial and regional levels. interdistrict”he points out.
