LiveSurface app helps designers create realistic mockups

O LiveSurfacean app for designers, this week launched its new and improved tool to create mockups realistic. Developed by a talented team of designers and photographers, the app takes design visualization to a whole new level.

With it, designers can insert their creations into different scenarios/objects, change colors, lighting and materials. You can also experiment with designs on objects such as signage, packaging, and even phones and computers.

In collaboration with a team specializing in photography, design, engineering and rendering, the new app offers even more options. Designs can now be dragged and dropped into the app and seen in real-time. In addition, it still allows you to create cool effects, such as reliefs and metallic finishes.

Users can also add movement to their designs with animations as it is easier to make 3D objects look more realistic. This way, designers will be able to customize the scenarios, play with camera effects and take screenshots of the progress.

For anyone who is a user of Adobe Illustrator, there is a plugin that allows you to see how your designs will look on LiveSurface. The app promises to be easy to use and works perfectly on Macs, costing $18/month or US$172/ano — with a one-month free trial.

LiveSurface was created by a former Apple designer named Joshua Distler — so you can expect high quality usability. The application, remember, is already available and promises to make viewing designs much more fun and realistic.
