Local Congress approves the installation of video surveillance cameras in Child Care and Care Centers

In ordinary session number 200 of the Congress of the State of Hidalgo, Representative Michelle Calderón Ramírez, presented the opinion, which approves modifications to reform the Law on the provision of services for the attention, care, protection and comprehensive development of children of the State of Hidalgo, to so that the facilities have video surveillance.

Members of the LXV Legislature approved the opinion issued by the Permanent Commission on Legislation and Constitutional Points, which reforms various provisions of the Municipal Organic Law for the State of Hidalgo, establishing that any concession of municipal public services to individuals may only be granted at a maximum for the duration of the municipal public administration that grants it.

“The regulatory proposal also raises that, where appropriate, a new city council may extend the concessions for as long as the new administration lasts.”

The deputies who are members of the Independent Plural Group presented the initiative that adds a paragraph to article 139 of the Electrical Industry Law, which will allow that, by Law, adequate rates must be applied in the homes of those localities where they occur. high temperatures in summer each year.

Legislator Alejandro Enciso Arellano highlighted that the proposal seeks to charge fair prices for the electricity service, and prevent people from paying large amounts of money for the use of air conditioning and refrigeration systems in the very hot months.

During the agenda, the initiative that adds chapter VII Bis to the third title of the Penal Code for the State of Hidalgo, regarding crimes committed to the detriment of older adults, was presented at the Tribune by the popular representative Julio Valera Piedras.

In this regard, the deputy highlighted that the legal document aims to incorporate up to half of the penalties provided for in the Penal Code when the passive subject of the crime is an older adult over sixty years of age.

On another point, the initiative that reforms article 100 of the Sustainable Forest Law for the State of Hidalgo was highlighted, so that the promotion of reforestation also occurs in urban areas since it is essential to improve the quality of life in cities. and so

maintain the multiple environmental services that these green areas offer.

The initiative was also presented to declare March 28 as “Deshilado Day”; and declare the unraveling as material and intangible cultural heritage of the state of Hidalgo.

Meanwhile, legislator Juan de Dios Pontigo Loyola announced the initiative that reforms articles 69 and 141 of the Law of Physical Culture, sports and recreation for the State of Hidalgo, with the purpose of strengthening comprehensive care for athletes and promoting safe and healthy sports practices in the entity.

According to representative María del Carmen Lozano Moreno, she read the initiative that reforms the Municipal Organic Law for the State of Hidalgo, which seeks to provide municipal governments with powers to regulate noise pollution.

In order to implement specialized care mechanisms in health services in

the state for vulnerable groups and priority groups in the entity, the Morena legislator, Timoteo López Pérez presented the initiative that reforms and adds articles 3 and 5 section I and Bis of the Health Law for the State of Hidalgo.

When addressing the opinions on the agenda, legislator Juan de Dios Pontigo Loyola presented the decree that reforms various provisions of the Planning and Prospective Law of the State of Hidalgo.

The objective of the unanimously approved opinion is for the Judiciary to participate

actively within the Planning Committee for the Development of the State of

Hidalgo (COPLADEHI).

To detect and regulate more effectively the mobility needs in the 84 municipalities of the entity, as the city councils are the government body closest to the citizens, the opinion was approved that reforms the section of article 16 of the Mobility and Transportation Law for the State of Hidalgo, the above stated by deputy Fortunato González Islas.

Likewise, the deputies approved modifications to the initiative that reforms and adds various provisions of the Comprehensive Law for people with disabilities of the State of Hidalgo, in order to guarantee the necessary measures to safeguard the lives of people with disabilities in situations of risk, natural disasters and humanitarian emergencies.

In the session, the opinion was approved with a draft decree that reforms article 105 of the Political Constitution of the State of Hidalgo, which seeks to prohibit tax remissions and tax exceptions in the terms and conditions established by the laws.

When the opinion of the Education Law of the State of Hidalgo was presented on the platform by the legislator of Nueva Alianza, María Adelaida Muñoz Jumilla, I stated that with its approval, training, orientation and surveillance programs in matters of nutrition could be implemented, overweight and obesity.

The legislators approved modifications of the initiative that reform and add various provisions of the Education Law of the State of Hidalgo, which seeks to contemplate as Social Service, the contribution that students make in favor of the environment, restoration of the ecological balance and its implementation in municipalities and in natural areas protected for conservation.
