López Obrador will not be tested for COVID-19, despite throat discomfort

President Andrew Manuel Lopez Obrador confirmed that the test will not be performed to detect COVID-19 following this morning he showed up with sore throat during the morning conference this Thursday.

The Mexican president attributed his annoyances to a “bad air”, although he hopes that they will improve during the day.

“It was a bad air (…) Yes, I am hoarse, he detailed when answering the first question regarding his state of health.

“No, no (the COVID-19 test will be carried out)… I hope that today will improve, I woke up like this,” he pointed out to a second question.

Sharp in the answers he gave to reporters, López Obrador made it clear that despite this situation, he will not make changes to his agenda for this week.
