Loreto Valenzuela called not to be confused with Loreto Aravena: “I would never defend an abuser” | TV and Show

A rather peculiar tweet was published this weekend by the actress Loreto Valenzuela, assuring that she has been confused with her colleague Loreto Aravena. All this in the middle of the case of Nicholas Lopez.

On Twitter the artist wrote succinctly: “Please do not confuse, who defended López is Loreto Aravena, I would never defend an abuser !!!”.

The situation occurred just at the end of a week that turned out to be decisive in the case of Nicolás López, who last Friday was sent to serve preventive detention in Santiago 1.

That precautionary measure was adopted by the Oral Criminal Court, so the filmmaker arrived at the scene in the afternoon.

Loreto Aravena was one of the actresses who testified in favor of López at the trial. In the process it was revealed that she even intervened to get the Saturday magazine report before it was published.

For that, the former member of Los 80 resorted to Max Luksic, her boyfriend, who is currently a director of Canal 13.

The audio, recorded by La Tercera, of Aravena with the Prosecutor Lorena Parra in question, says the following:

Prosecutor: And there you ask Nicolás López. Did they let you read the interview? That is what you write to him. It is not true?

Aravena: Yes.

Prosecutor: And a little further down, on the same date, 6/26/2018, at 10:31 p.m., you send a message to Mr. López. It is also marked with yellow.

Aravena: Yes.

Prosecutor: Can you recognize him?

Aravena: Yes.

Prosecutor: Your phone appears and it appears deleted. And there he tells her: “If it arrives on Thursday, I’ll send it to you. I asked Max to get it.” Is that Max the executive director of Channel 13?

Aravena: Yes.
