Small, crunchy, caramel-colored, a popular snack during the traditional coffee break, I sell more than eight billion copies worldwide each year. The most greedy among you will have unmasked me, I am… the “Biscoff” speculoos biscuit, from the Lotus brand. This Monday, my parent company is entering the BEL20 on the Brussels Stock Exchange. An arrival that seems obvious, given the excellent financial results of recent years.

I was born in 1932, in a pastry shop located in Lembeke, a small rural town in East Flanders, close to the Dutch border.
