Tahiti, February 6, 2023 – The Mathilde Frébault Institute, in Mamao, hosted a vaccinodrome on Saturday. At the end of the morning, 145 vaccinations against Covid-19 were carried out (including 130 reminders) and 82 people received a dose of vaccine against the flu.
While the Covid-19 is still circulating and the flu epidemic continues, the vaccinodrome installed Saturday morning at the Mathilde Frébault Institute in Mamao was very little visited. Recall that in its latest health watch bulletin, released at the end of January, the Health Department specified that “given the continuation of the influenza epidemic and a slight increase in Covid cases, reinforced surveillance remains necessary”.
