Lucid Dreams Studio today announced their upcoming action-adventure Biomorph, a gritty, action-packed 2D Soul Metroidvania set in a sprawling, beautiful, hand-drawn 2D world where enemies are everywhere – and their powers are fair game.
In Biomorph, players must use their skills to explore a vast, diverse world. Solve puzzles and platforming challenges, fight deadly monsters and assume their forms to harness their powers. But beware – each defeated creature can return with new and even more menacing powers.
Players must rebuild the town of Blightmoor and befriend the residents to learn more about their and the town’s origins. Players will level up their character as they battle their way through the sprawling areas surrounding the city, collecting new abilities, memorabilia, and blueprints. The journey will unearth surprising and chilling truths about our hero’s own origins.
