Artis Lulu Tobing known to file for divorce from her husband, Bani Mulia. The problem conference has passed the mediation stage.
Lulu Tobing and Bani Mulia failed in that level. The conference continued to the core of the problem between the two sides.
Both Lulu Tobing and Bani Mulia came and underwent mediation on November 2 2023. They were given time until November 16 2023, when the mediation was declared failed.
“As for the results of the mediation, if it has been included in the answer (agenda), the mediation will definitely not be successful. So yesterday it was mediated from November 2 to November 16,” said Jajat Sudrajat as Public Relations Officer of the Central Jakarta Religious Court when met at his office yesterday.
“We have tried, but it doesn’t seem to be working, so the trial continues to the answer and answer stage,” he continued.
The trial will continue on November 30, 2023 with a replica agenda. Later the trial will continue again on December 7 2023 for duplicates.
“Today’s agenda is the response from the defendant. It is e-litigation. And later on the 30th (November 2023) there will be a replica. On November 30th it will still be a replica, then on December 7th it will be a duplicate. December 11th will be the proof here. Will the principal or his attorney be present later? we’ll see later,” said Jajat Sudrajat.
Jajat then revealed a little of the contents of Lulu Tobing’s divorce case. He said that the soap opera star Tersanjung just wanted to say goodbye.
“It’s just divorce, (property) is not included,” said Jajat Sudrajat.
Furthermore, Lulu Tobing is said to have not asked for wealth from Bani Mulia.
“It’s not included (gono-gini’s assets), so it’s only single. There are no demands (gono-gini),” explained Jajat.
Lulu Tobing filed for divorce from Bani Maulana Mulia on October 23 2023, after two years of reconciliation. On May 28 2021, Lulu Tobing also filed for divorce and finally decided to reconcile after 13 trials.
